My Thougths

I enjoyed the second installment in The Perfect Game series by J. Sterling. It continues on from where the first book left us. I liked how Jack told Cassie what life was like for him while they were apart and he sorted his life out so he could be with her again.

In The Game Changer, Cassie quickly learns what it's like to be the girlfriend of a major league baseball player. She is mortified at the way the other baseball wives and fans treat her. The paparazzi is overwhelming and she takes to heart what she reads about herself in tabloids and online. There is only so much that she can take.

As with The Perfect Game, there is plenty of drama going on throughout the story. Just as Jack and Cassie seem to have everything under control, something will happen that will leave you questioning whether they will ever be able to get it together properly as a couple an have their happily ever after.

The story was engaging and the characters were as lovable as ever. If you  have read The Perfect Game, you definitely need to continue Jack and Cassie's story. Well I'm off to jump in to The Sweetest Game!
