My Thoughts
OMG! OMG! OMG! What an AMAZING book! I absolutely LOVED it! It was emotional, detailed and the sex scenes? Well let's just say that I need to take a COLD shower!
The title of this book pretty much explains it. The story is centered on a newspaper intern, Leticia, as she interviews famous BDSM Master, Jonah Noble. She begins asking the same generic questions that he has been asked numerous times before, until Jonah gives her the opportunity of her career. Ask him anything, and he will answer it honestly. In return, he gets to ask her questions about herself, an exchange of information.
Jonah Noble was an extremely well developed character. The way he told his story had me hooked from the very beginning. He was open and honest with his answers while also being blunt when he needed to be. He was always in control. His self confidence and authoritative personality were tangible.
Leticia's character, while also well developed, started out a little timid. As the story progressed, Jonah brought her out of her comfort zone by the questions he was asking her. We see her gain self confidence throughout the story.
Interview with a Master, again, was an AMAZING book. Not only is it told from a male's POV, but it is also written by a man. Jason Luke has penetrated this female dominated genre in such a way that readers will submit to his future work.
Sir, I can't wait to read book two! ;)
