My Thoughts
I really enjoyed Big Rock by Lauren Blakely. It was a classic friends to lovers story that was entertaining and told completely from the male's POV.The story hooked me right from the start. It wasn't over the top and I loved being inside Spencer's head. It was refreshing to read from the male POV. The characters were believable and easy to connect with.
Spencer Holiday was extremely swoon worthy. He was very self confident, but I wouldn't call him cocky. He knew how to please a woman, and he performed to the best of his ability with each encounter that he had.
Charlotte was a strong and independent woman. She was business savvy and she didn't need a man to feel complete. I loved Charlotte's character and I wanted to be inside her head a lot more. The chemistry between her and Spencer was tangible.
If you are looking for a fun read told completely from the male POV that will draw you in to the story and give you all the feels, then give Big Rock a read!
